with Shenzhen Customs, Shangbu Office. |

Trade Development Council, along with the application
form for import of exhibits and a list of exhibits;
filing for the "Letter of Guarantee". |

Contact with International Shipping
Agent

|
| Supplying the shipping agent with the
list of exhibits (must comply with the customs declaration),
make arrangements for shipping expenses, takeover of
exhibits, and time schedule. |

|
| Applying for lead seal with Shenzhen Customs,
Shangbu Office. |
|
|
| Filing the Application for Import Items,
the Contact Form for Import Items, and the lead seal.
|
|
|
|
| The trailer is lead sealed at the customs
office, and it may clear the customs at Shenzhen Customs,
Shangbu Office. |
|
|
| Must present the Letter of Guarantee,
the approval for import of exhibits, the warrant for
trade show, the list of exhibits, and the Customs Declaration
Form for Import Items. If a customs agent is used, a
letter of assignment, the trailer driver's record book,
and a list of items are essential. |

|
| The Shangbu Customs Office shall open the lead seal,
inspect on the cargo, and release if everything is ok. |
|
|
| The actual shipment has to fully comply
with the customs declaration. The Shangbu Customs Office
shall put on a seal on the 4th leaflet of customs declaration
form and reserve this page for use at re-export |

|
| The exhibits go to the exhibition center
and import is complete. |

|
|
Contact with International Shipping
Agent

|
| Supplying the shipping agent with the
list of exhibits (must comply with the customs declaration),
make arrangements for shipping expenses, takeover of
exhibits, and time schedule. |

|
| The Shangbu Customs Office shall inspect
on the export items, and put on lead seal if everything
is ok. |

| Must present the Customs Declaration Form
for Export Items. If a customs agent is used, a letter
